Are your fees due upfront?
No, our fees are due upon a successful appointment only.
What happens if you cannot find someone that I'd like to hire?
As we work on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis, in the unlikely event that we cannot find someone that you’d like to hire, there are no fees due.
What are the exclusivity terms?
To secure our fees, we work on an exclusive only basis for an initial 30 day period. This allows us to dedicate the time and resources into finding your perfect hire.
How do your fees work?
We do not charge any lump sum payments upon hire here at Tenex.
Any Hire Fee that we charge is split into a manageable monthly payment plan, making our recruitment solution affordable for SME’s when hiring throughout the UK.
Option One: Lowest Overall Hire Fee of just 10.5% of the candidates annual salary, spread evenly over 3 monthly payments.
Option Two: Best of Both Worlds, Hire Fee of just 12.5% of the candidates annual salary, spread evenly over 5 monthly payments.
Option Three: Lowest Monthly Rate of just 1.5% per month for up to 10 months (15% overall)
All of our payment plans are interest free.

If your candidate leaves at any point throughout the monthly payment plan, for any reason, then the payments simply stop.
